I understand that I must make payment at time of booking in order to reserve date

I understand there is an additional charge for extra time

I understand I must clean facility at the end of event to avoid cleaning charge

I understand I must vacate facility by contract time to avoid an additional charge

I understand that I am responsible for any damages that occur at the facility during rental.

I understand there is a refundable damage deposit (see rental policy section) due prior to my event and this amount is not included in rental amount
