Your rental fee covers the cost of the rental.  ​We have the following complimentary inventory for your use: 80 clear chiavari Chairs  80 folding white plastic chairs, 2 eight-foot tables, 12 60" round tables, 3 - 6' tables, 5 hi-boys, 1 - 5' tables (this may fluctuate based upon damages incurred). Please verify before your event. Any additional tables/chairs needed is the responsibility of the client.

Please note a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be held on your credit card 48 hours prior to your event. The hold will be released after facility inspection.  Refund for damage deposit posting times vary and depend on the policies of your bank. If there are any damages, the client will be contacted immediately and notified of the damages and given the opportunity to remedy the damage or forfeit their damage deposit.  


Our preferred licensed bartender is required if you are serving alcohol at your event.  If you are serving beer and wine only, no bartender is required.
